Little king or kingly
Ryanna is a modern feminine elaboration of the Irish name Ryan, which is derived from the Gaelic surname Ó Riain. It combines the traditional roots of 'Rian' (meaning little king) with the popular '-anna' suffix to create a more melodic, feminine sound. While its usage is relatively recent, it carries the same noble connotations as its masculine predecessor.
