Bright fame
A rare variant of the Germanic name Robert. It is composed of the elements 'hrod' meaning fame and 'beraht' meaning bright. While the spelling with an 'h' at the end is uncommon in English-speaking countries, it is occasionally found in Northern European and Latin American contexts.
