Rehanna is a variant of the Arabic name Rayhana, which refers to the aromatic sweet basil plant. It is also frequently associated with the Welsh name Rhiannon, meaning 'great queen' or 'divine goddess'. In modern usage, it is often chosen as a creative spelling of the global superstar name Rihanna.
