Laughter or rose
Rayssa is a modern Portuguese variation of the name Raisa. It is often associated with the Greek word for 'relaxed' or 'carefree,' the Yiddish word for 'rose,' or the Arabic word for 'leader' or 'chief.' In Brazil, where it is most popular, it carries a youthful and energetic connotation.
