Palm tree; pilgrim
Derived from the Latin word for palm tree, it historically referred to a pilgrim who carried palm branches back from the Holy Land. It is also the name of an ancient and significant city in Syria, known as Palmyra. The name carries a sense of exotic history and natural grace.
