Rest or repose
Noe is the Latin and Greek form of the Hebrew name Noah. It shares the same etymological root meaning rest or comfort, famously associated with the biblical figure who built the ark. While Noah is a perennial favorite, Noe offers a shorter, more international alternative often used in Spanish and French-speaking cultures.
