Seven seas
A Japanese name most commonly formed by combining the kanji for 'seven' (nana) and 'sea' (mi). Other kanji combinations are possible, such as 'seven' and 'beauty', but the oceanic meaning is the most prevalent interpretation. It is a popular choice in Japan but remains rare in the United States.
