A rare variant of Maya, which has multiple origins. In Greek mythology, Myia was a daughter of Pythagoras, while the name also relates to the Latin 'maia' meaning great or the Sanskrit 'maya' meaning illusion or magic.
Less common today
Myia isn't in the latest US Top 1000. It last peaked at #1,401 in 1998.
