The alluring one or laurel tree
Lorely is a rare variant of Lorelei or Lorelei, rooted in Germanic folklore regarding a siren-like figure on a rock in the Rhine River. It is also occasionally used as a diminutive or variant of Laura, which refers to the laurel tree. In modern usage, it offers a softer, more melodic alternative to more common 'L' names.
