Alluring enchantress or rocky hill
A modern variation of Lorelei, derived from the name of a rocky promontory on the Rhine River. German folklore tells of a beautiful siren named Lorelei who sat on the rock and lured sailors to their deaths with her song. In a contemporary context, it is often associated with charm and musicality.
