Liviah is a modern variation that blends the Hebrew name Livia, meaning 'life', with the Latin-rooted Olivia, referring to the olive tree. It is often chosen as a more unique, phonetic alternative to the popular Olivia or Livia. In some contexts, it is also associated with the Hebrew word for 'lioness'.
