God has helped
Lazar is a shortened form of Lazarus, which is the Latinized version of the Hebrew name Eleazar. In the New Testament, Lazarus is a figure whom Jesus raised from the dead, making the name a symbol of restoration and divine assistance. It has long been a popular choice in Eastern European cultures, particularly in Serbia and Bulgaria.
