Shieldmaiden or protection
Derived from the Old Norse name Hlaðgerðr, it combines elements meaning 'weaving' or 'structure' and 'protection'. In Scandinavian legend, she was a celebrated Viking shieldmaiden and the first wife of Ragnar Lodbrok.
