Julion is a rare variant of Julian, which is derived from the Roman family name Julius. It ultimately traces back to the Greek word 'ioulos', referring to the first soft hair of a beard or simply meaning youthful. While Julian is a perennial classic, the Julion spelling offers a more modern, unique phonetic twist.
