A rare variant of Juliet, which is the English diminutive of the Roman family name Julius. It is etymologically linked to the Roman god Jupiter and historically signifies youthfulness. While the 'Juliet' spelling is iconic due to Shakespeare, this 'Juliete' spelling adds a French-inspired flair.
