Youthful or downy-bearded
Juleah is a rare phonetic variant of Julia or Juliah. It ultimately derives from the Roman family name Julius, which is thought to be related to the Greek 'ioulos', referring to the first soft down of a beard, or potentially to the Roman god Jupiter.
