Rams horn or stream
Derived from the Hebrew word yobel, it is often associated with the ram's horn used to announce the Jubilee year. In the Old Testament, Jubal is a descendant of Cain and is described as the ancestor of all who play the harp and flute.
Less common today
Jubal isn't in the latest US Top 1000. It last peaked at #4,318 in 1991.
