Fair one, white wave, or God is gracious
Jenney is a variant of Jenny, which primarily serves as a diminutive of Jennifer (Cornish for 'white wave') or Jane (Hebrew for 'God is gracious'). While the 'y' ending is less common than the 'ie' or 'y' variants, it retains the same friendly, approachable charm. It was most popular in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
