Right hand or favored son
Jaymin is a modern variant of the Hebrew name Benjamin, meaning 'son of the right hand.' It is also frequently used within the Indian diaspora as a variant of Jaimin, referring to an ancient philosopher. In Western contexts, it often functions as a creative blend of Jay and Benjamin.
