Jasin is a rare variant of Jason, derived from the Greek word 'iasthai' meaning to heal. It is also occasionally used as a phonetic variation of the Hebrew name Jace or a stylized spelling of the Arabic name Jassin. In modern usage, it serves as a unique alternative to the more common Jason or Jace.
