Gracious
A variant of Janet, which is a diminutive of Jane. It ultimately derives from the Hebrew name Yochanan, meaning 'God is gracious'. While Janet was a mid-century staple, the Janeth spelling offers a softer, more unique ending that has seen usage in Latin American communities.
