Rainbow lady or star
Itsel is a variant of Itzel, a name of Mayan origin likely derived from Ixchel, the Mayan goddess of the moon, love, and medicine. In Mayan mythology, Ixchel was often associated with rainbows and water. The name has become a distinctive choice in Spanish-speaking communities, particularly in Mexico and the United States.
