Gift of Isis
Derived from the Greek name Isidoros, it translates to 'gift of Isis,' referring to the Egyptian goddess of fertility and motherhood. While it shares roots with the masculine Isidore, Isadora has a distinctively feminine, rhythmic appeal that was popularized in the early 20th century by dancer Isadora Duncan.
