Rainbow or peace
Iria is a name with dual roots. In Greek mythology, it is a variant of Iris, the goddess of the rainbow. In the Iberian Peninsula, particularly Galicia and Portugal, it is associated with Saint Iria (Irene), derived from the Greek word for peace.
