Faith or belief
Imana is primarily derived from the Arabic word for faith or belief in God. In some East African cultures, particularly in Rwanda and Burundi, it is also a word used to refer to the Creator or a supreme deity. It carries a deeply spiritual and serene connotation across different linguistic traditions.
