Illyanna is a modern elaboration of the name Iliana or Eliana. It is often associated with the Greek name Helianos, meaning 'sun' or 'bright,' but can also be linked to Ilium, the ancient name for the city of Troy. Its double-n spelling gives it a more contemporary, decorative feel compared to its traditional roots.
