Gracious
Gianno is an Italian diminutive form of Giovanni, which is the Italian equivalent of John. It ultimately derives from the Hebrew name Yochanan, meaning 'Yahweh is gracious.' While less common than Gianni, it retains the same sophisticated European charm.
