Geovana is a Portuguese and Spanish variation of Giovanna, which is the feminine form of Giovanni. It ultimately derives from the Hebrew name Yochanan, meaning 'God is gracious.' This spelling is particularly common in Brazil and among Portuguese-speaking communities.
