Farmer or earth-worker
Geordan is a modern variant of Jordan or George. As a variation of George, it stems from the Greek word 'georgos' meaning farmer. As a variation of Jordan, it refers to the river in Israel, derived from the Hebrew word 'yarden' meaning to flow down.
