Juniper tree or white wave
Geneve is a French-influenced variant of Geneva or Genevieve. It is often associated with the French word for the juniper tree, 'genévrier', or linked to the Welsh elements 'gwen' meaning white and 'hwyfar' meaning smooth or wave.
