Gift from the sky
Eluney is a name of Mapuche origin, an indigenous group from south-central Chile and southwestern Argentina. In the Mapudungun language, it translates to 'gift from the sky' or 'gift of heaven.' It is a popular name in Argentina but remains extremely rare in the United States.
