Free or the liberator
Derived from the Greek word 'eleutheros', it is a traditional Greek name signifying freedom. In Greek Orthodox tradition, it is associated with Saint Eleftherios, a 2nd-century martyr often invoked by women in labor for a 'free' delivery.
