Young man or young nobleman
Derived from the Old French word 'donzel', which historically referred to a young man of noble birth who had not yet been knighted. It shares the same linguistic root as the word 'damsel', which was the feminine equivalent for a young noblewoman.

Donzel isn't in the latest US Top 1000. It last peaked at #3,500 in 1992.
