Derived from the Greek word 'cheir' meaning hand, implying skill or craftsmanship. In Greek mythology, Chiron was the wisest and most just of all the centaurs, known for his skill in medicine, music, and archery. Unlike other centaurs, he was immortal and served as a mentor to many great heroes.
