Cabrina is a rare feminine name likely derived from the Italian word 'capra' meaning goat, or associated with the island of Capri. It is often considered a variant of Sabrina or a diminutive of names ending in -cabrina. In some contexts, it is associated with Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini, the first US citizen to be canonized.
