Little raven or prince
A variant of the Irish name Brennan, derived from the Gaelic 'Braonán', meaning 'tear' or 'drop', or potentially from 'bran' meaning 'raven'. It is often associated with the legendary Saint Brendan the Navigator. In modern usage, it is frequently interpreted as 'little prince' or 'descendant of the sad one'.
