Radiant; a descendant of the sage Bhrigu
Bhargav is a Sanskrit name that primarily refers to a descendant of Bhrigu, one of the seven great sages (Saptarishi) in Hindu mythology. It is also an epithet for the deities Shiva and Parashurama, often interpreted as meaning 'radiant' or 'shining'.
