Avrianna is a modern American elaboration, likely created by blending the popular name Avery with the classic suffix -anna. It may also be interpreted as a variant of Adriana, which refers to the Adriatic sea region, or as a derivative of the Hebrew name Avri, meaning 'my father is light'.
