Grace or favor
Anays is a rare variant of Anaïs, which is the Occitan and Catalan form of Anna. It ultimately derives from the Hebrew name Hannah, meaning grace or favor. While the spelling Anays is less common than the accented Anaïs, it retains the same elegant and sophisticated European appeal.

Anays isn't in the latest US Top 1000. It last peaked at #10,227 in 1992.
