Noble or of noble birth
Alysiah is a modern phonetic elaboration of Alicia or Alice, ultimately derived from the Germanic name Adalheidis. It carries the traditional meaning of nobility while offering a more contemporary, lyrical sound. The addition of the '-iah' suffix gives it a rhythmic quality similar to biblical names like Josiah or Keziah.
