Noble or of noble kind
Allyssia is a modern elaboration of Alicia or Alice, ultimately derived from the Germanic name Adalheidis. It combines the traditional roots of 'noble' with a more contemporary, lyrical phonetic structure. While it shares the same etymological history as the classic Alice, this specific spelling is much rarer and emphasizes a more decorative, feminine aesthetic.
