Defender of mankind
Alexsia is a modern spelling variation of Alexia, which is the feminine form of Alexis. It ultimately derives from the Greek verb 'alexein', meaning to defend or to help. While less common than its counterparts, it retains the strong, protective connotations of the Alexander family of names.
