Aitiana is a variant of the Spanish name Aitana, which refers to the Sierra d'Aitana mountain range in the Alicante province of Spain. It gained popularity in the Spanish-speaking world through the daughter of poet Rafael Alberti and has recently evolved into various phonetic spellings.
