Aitanna is a variant of Aitana, a name of Spanish origin derived from the Aitana mountain range in the province of Alicante. While its exact etymology is debated, it is often associated with the Latin 'Edetana', referring to an ancient Iberian tribe, or the Arabic word for 'glory'.
