Fire or to burn
Derived from the Gaelic name Aodhán, which is a diminutive of Aodh, the name of the Celtic god of fire. It has historically been associated with heat, light, and the sun in Irish mythology. While rare in this specific spelling, it shares its roots with the popular name Aidan.
