From Hadria; dark
Adrion is a rare variant of Adrian, derived from the Latin name Hadrianus. It originally denoted someone from the town of Hadria in northern Italy, which also gave its name to the Adriatic Sea. While less common than its counterparts, it retains a sense of ancient history and strength.
