Of the Adriatic; dark
Adrin is a variant of Adrian, which is derived from the Latin name Hadrianus. It originally denoted someone from the town of Hadria in northern Italy, which also gave its name to the Adriatic Sea. While rare, it offers a streamlined, modern alternative to the more common Adrian.
