Born unto light
A modern literary creation, the name is constructed from the fictional Alethi language elements 'ado' meaning light and 'lin' meaning born unto. It was created by author Brandon Sanderson for his epic fantasy series. While it has no historical roots in Earth languages, its sound is reminiscent of traditional names like Adrian or Nolan.
